Mills Memorial Hospital is a major healthcare facility located in Terrace, BC, within the Northern Health region. It serves as a regional hospital, providing a range of medical services to residents in the surrounding communities.
In order to address current and future patient care needs in the region, construction of a new, state-of-the-art hospital, more than double the size of the existing facility (approximately 356,500 square feet) began in June 2021. The new hospital, expected to be completed in 2026, will be a centre for trauma services, orthopedic surgeries, pathology, radiology, and pharmacy services.
In support of this multi-million dollar project, Allnorth is providing As and When required quality assurance survey and materials testing services to PCL Construction Management Inc. (PCL). Allnorth is responsible for all quality assurance survey, quality assurance field and laboratory testing for aggregates and asphalt, as well as all field and laboratory concrete testing required to complete the project.
