The LNG Canada Project is a proposed Liquefied Natural Gas plant where Shell, Mitsubishi, KOGAS, and PetroChina are working together to create an export industry for natural gas to be shipped to the Asian markets.
The preliminary survey was for front end engineering for laydown areas and FEED design. Allnorth was contracted to perform topographic surveys and establish control and infrastructure confirmation on approximately 37 hectares of land. The surveys were conducted in areas consisting of active industrial sites: Rio Tinto Alcan (RTA), existing highways, high-density forests, resource roads, and utility corridors.
