Since June 2019, Allnorth has been providing environmental and geotechnical services to Newfoundland Power on a Standing Agreement basis.
Allnorth’s Environmental Services include Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I, Phase II and Phase III Site Assessments and Risk Assessments for suspect hazardous materials such as lead paint, asbestos containing materials (ACM) and petroleum products; Environmental site remediation for hazardous materials; Environmental auditing; Indoor air quality sampling of office buildings; and, providing advice related to interpretation of existing government legislation and guidelines pertaining to environmental issues.
Under this contract, Allnorth also completes materials testing for construction projects, subsurface investigations, and geotechnical engineering.
This contract continued through the waves of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was a challenge Allnorth was able to overcome by reacting quickly to new developments, thus ensuring the health and safety of our team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
