Wes Lennon

With over 15 years of experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects, Wes has played a key role in growing Allnorth’s presence across Western Canada, experience he brings to his current role as Vice President, Infrastructure. He has led major infrastructure projects across the Oil and Gas, Mining and Forestry sectors, and is recognized by clients and colleagues alike for his technical depth, pragmatic approach to delivery and ability to consistently execute complex projects.

Wes now leads infrastructure operations with a focus on technical excellence, operational performance, and team development. He is responsible for advancing service delivery and supporting growth across key markets, while bringing Allnorth’s infrastructure teams into a more unified and consolidated group. This includes aligning civil, structural, and bridge disciplines under a cohesive operational framework to improve collaboration, consistency, and efficiency across regions. Through this integrated approach, Wes is focused on strengthening technical depth, building team redundancy, and enhancing Allnorth’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Wes has a multi-disciplinary background in Civil Engineering and Business Administration through the University of New Brunswick, as well as in Forest Technology through the Maritime College of Forest Technology. He is a Professional Engineer registered in both British Columbia and Alberta.
