A defining theme throughout Victor’s career has been his ability to bridge finance and operations, helping organizations align financial strategy with operational priorities and create long-term shareholder value. With 25 years of experience in professional services and asset management, his expertise spans corporate and operational finance, strategic planning, business transformation, and organizational leadership. 

Prior to joining Allnorth, Victor held senior finance leadership roles with PwC, Egis, McIntosh Perry, AECOM, WSP, and BGIS. His experience spans entrepreneurial businesses, privately held organizations, and publicly traded multi-national companies, providing him with a broad perspective on financial leadership, business performance, and organizational growth. 

Victor is recognized for building high-performing finance teams, improving financial visibility, and partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen accountability and financial performance across organizations. 

Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario. He believes finance delivers the greatest value when it works alongside operations, helping teams understand performance, align priorities, and support successful outcomes across the business.
