Nick Nazar

Nick Nazar, P.Eng., brings more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, project delivery, and strategic business development across the pulp and paper, solid wood, power generation, and oil and gas industries.

Joining Allnorth in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer, Nick has advanced through progressively senior roles, from engineering project manager to business development leader across multiple regions, and as account manager for several key clients. His technical insight, collaborative approach, and client-first mindset have been central to driving growth and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Appointed Chief Corporate Development Officer in 2025, Nick now oversees Allnorth’s Business Development, Marketing, and Proposal Office teams, guiding corporate strategy to expand markets, cultivate client relationships, and deliver consistent value across sectors.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Camosun College. A Professional Engineer registered in BC, he is recognized for his strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to bridge technical expertise with business growth to advance Allnorth’s long-term success.  LinkedIn profile
