Leon Venter

Leon Venter, Vice President, Business Development, Industrial, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He brings more than 21 years of experience in process plant optimization, engineering management, project management, and business development across the chemical, oil and gas, and bulk material handling industries. 

His career includes progressively senior roles as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director, Business Development. He has contributed to the development of projects and delivery of engineering requirements in both greenfield and operating industrial plants, including leading major multidisciplinary projects with capital costs exceeding $200 million. 

Leon is known for his strong leadership, clear communication, and client-focused approach. He works closely with clients to understand project needs and deliver practical, value-driven solutions that support successful outcomes across each stage of a project.
