Kris Kotzer has been integral to Allnorth’s rapid growth since joining the company in 2012. During his tenure, Kris has held several leadership positions and is currently in a dual role as our Vice President, Operations & Chief Talent Officer. With respect to operations, Kris is responsible for supporting the COO in the development and execution of strategic operational and budgetary initiatives aimed at achieving our annual operating plans. His focus is on revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, and business goal management. As Chief Talent Officer, Kris is in a key role as an “organizational architect”, guiding the growth and evolution of the business as it pursues its vision to position Allnorth as a leading provider of engineering, project delivery, and construction services across a wide variety of industry sectors. As such, he is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the human resources function, fostering the development of key HR strategies, policies, and processes in support of business objectives.
Kris graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He brings a track record of building high-performing teams and efficient project execution.
