Kris Kotzer

As Chief Operating Officer, Kris Kotzer, B.Sc., provides strategic and operational leadership across Allnorth, overseeing the Operations, Project Management Office, Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Information Systems teams. In this role, he is responsible for driving day-to-day operational performance, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring excellence and efficiency across all departments.

Since joining Allnorth in 2012, Kris has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and success across multiple areas, from Shared Services to Operations, collaborating with every business unit in various capacities. His 13 years of experience with Allnorth and deep understanding of its people, systems, and markets make him a key leader in shaping how the company delivers value to its clients and teams.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and more than two decades of industry experience, Kris is recognized for his commitment to continuous improvement, his focus on building high-performing teams, and his ability to guide organizational evolution.
