Duncan Taylor

As Vice President, Industrial, Duncan leads Allnorth’s industrial engineering sector with a focus on strategic growth, delivery excellence, and long term client partnerships. His understanding of public sector processes and industrial operating environments enables him to help clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges while supporting safe, efficient, and sustainable outcomes. 

Duncan’s 25 year history includes both local and international experience, and spans industrial operations, maintenance and reliability; contracting; municipal and regional government, and consulting engineering, giving him a well rounded perspective on both owner side and consultant side project delivery. He has led projects across the industrial sectors Allnorth serves, including Mining and Mineral Processing, Fiber and Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Energy, and Pulp and Paper, often within active, safety critical, and highly regulated environments. 

Duncan’s leadership has been instrumental in the growth of Allnorth’s Nanaimo office and the continued strengthening of our industrial teams. His experience working within public sector governance frameworks, combined with hands on industrial delivery, allows him to guide teams delivering projects that require careful coordination between operations, regulation, and stakeholder expectations. Duncan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
