As Chief Human Resources Officer, Deanna Chala leads Allnorth’s people strategy to ensure alignment of talent management with the organization’s strategic objectives.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, including two decades in the mining sector, Deanna brings deep expertise in strategic transformation, systems modernization, organizational development, change management, and talent optimization. She holds a master’s degree from Royal Roads University and is recognized for her commitment to advancing HR as a strategic driver of organizational growth.

Known for her collaborative approach and business acumen, she is passionate about enabling people and organizations to thrive in complex, project-driven environments by fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance excellence.
