Mike Carroll brings over 30 years of executive experience to his role as a board member at Allnorth. With a background in leading private-equity portfolio companies and global publicly traded engineering, construction and consulting firms such as ARCADIS and AECOM, Mike is well-equipped to drive high-performance, high-growth organizations across industries and geographies.

Mike served as the Chairman and previously CEO of CHA Consulting Inc., a private-equity portfolio company, from January 2015 to January 2024. Mike successfully restructured the company, leading it through two successful transactions from one private-equity partner to another. Under his leadership, CHA achieved top quartile growth and profitability in its industry, both organically and through acquisitions.

Before entering the engineering and consulting industry, Mike spent 20 years in the US Air Force, holding significant engineering and facilities management leadership positions throughout North America and Europe.
