Allnorth was hired by Kinder Morgan to provide support in the development of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, evaluating the proposed routes accessing the pipeline right-of-way and permitting of these accesses.

Permitting for this project was completed under three main regulatory agencies: The BC Oil and Gas Commission (BC OGC), the BC Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations (FLNRO) and the BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI).

In addition to permitting support, Allnorth’s scope of work included inspection of 879 kilometres of new and proposed road upgrades. The project passed through a variety of terrains from Jasper to Hope; from the Rocky Mountains through the valleys and dryer terrain of Kamloops, to the Coast Mountains.
