Allnorth was engaged by the Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) to conduct detailed inspections of two rail and bridge structures located at Ridley Island, Prince Rupert, BC. One structure was a road-over-rail, concrete girder structure, while the second was a rail-over-road concrete box tunnel.

Allnorth prepared two Routine Conditional Bridge Inspections Reports, each comprising a comprehensive report for the respective bridge. These reports include all collected data, findings, condition ratings, risk assessments, and recommendations. Additionally, a photo report for each bridge, integral to the main bridge inspection report, was also prepared. The reports provide the PRPA with recommendations for necessary maintenance, repairs, or further investigations/evaluations based on the inspection results, and prioritize actions based on the severity of the identified issues.

The inspections were conducted safely, and the project was completed on schedule and within budget.
