Greg Northcott, CPA, CMA

Greg Northcott is Allnorth’s Chief Executive Officer, appointed in August 2026 as the company continues to build on its strong foundation and expand its multidisciplinary capabilities across North America.  

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the engineering, construction, and environmental services sectors, Greg brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in complex organizations. 

Before joining Allnorth, Greg served as Chief Executive Officer of Egis Canada where he was responsible for the strategic direction for Egis in Canada.  He also held several executive leadership roles at WSP Canada, including Chief Operating Officer, as well as senior positions with MasTec Canada and AECOM Canada. 

Throughout his career, Greg has led multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure projects across Canada, delivering strong financial performance, sustainable growth, and market-leading client service while fostering cultures rooted in safety, employee engagement, and technical excellence. 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a registered CPA.
