Thomas Netzel

As Vice President, Business Development, Construction Services, Thomas Netzel brings nearly 14 years of experience with Allnorth, supported by a strong background in materials testing, quality management, and construction oversight across major infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects. In this role, he focuses on advancing strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and supporting early project alignment to improve execution certainty. 

Since joining Allnorth in 2012, Thomas has progressed from Materials Technician to Project Manager and Quality Manager, building a strong, hands-on understanding of field and laboratory operations. His experience spans large scale projects including LNG Canada, the Northwest Transmission Line, hydroelectric developments, and mining operations such as the Cote Gold Mine tailings management facility, providing a practical, field grounded perspective that supports reliable execution. 

Thomas has led onsite teams across complex construction environments, working closely with contractors, engineering teams, and owner representatives to ensure alignment with project requirements and adherence to Inspection Test Plan specifications. He is known for leading by example, reinforcing a strong safety culture, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality work that reflects Allnorth’s standards and values.
