Louis Garant

As Vice President, Business Development, Infrastructure, Louis Garant, P.Eng., brings 26 years of experience with Allnorth, along with more than 28 years across the fiber and chemicals, metals and minerals, and energy and renewables sectors. In this role, he is responsible for advancing strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and supporting early project alignment to improve execution certainty across infrastructure and industrial projects. 

Since joining Allnorth, Louis has progressed through a wide range of technical and leadership roles, including Project Sponsor, Project Manager, Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Construction Manager. His deep understanding of multidisciplinary delivery and project execution enables him to connect clients with the right expertise early, helping reduce risk and support consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

Louis brings a full lifecycle perspective, with experience spanning project development, detailed engineering, and construction within active industrial environments. He has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered complex projects, consistently supporting safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes while building strong, long term client partnerships. 

Louis is a Professional Engineer registered in British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke. He is recognized for his collaborative, relationship driven approach and his ability to align teams and stakeholders to move projects forward with clarity and confidence.
