Members of the Allnorth team were engaged by a group of local developers to prepare construction drawings for a subdivision design for the Saddlecrest Residential Subdivision.
This phase of the Saddle Ridge development included a comprehensive redevelopment of three residential acreages within the community. This modified-grid style development is proposed to accommodate an anticipated 62 single-detached and townhouse-style residential dwelling units, in addition to two municipal reserve parcels.
Allnorth’s scope of work covered the City of Calgary’s requirements for detailed subdivision engineering design for construction drawings, as well as the infrastructure design for water, sanitary, roads, stormwater management, and coordination for the preparation of a development agreement.
In keeping with the Saddle Ridge Area Structure Plan, the proposed layout allows for a public open space and a mix of housing types that meet and exceed the minimum residential density requirements identified.
