Allnorth was engaged by EPCOR Water Services Inc. (EPCOR) for structural assessments of 304 hatches at the Rossdale Water Treatment Plant (ROS) and 60 hatches at various reservoirs (RES) across Edmonton.
Allnorth was responsible for field evaluation of these hatches and their support to assess structural integrity. Following the field verification, Allnorth prepared an assessment report in conformance with EPCOR’s assessment template.
The final assessment report included detailed information on the internal and external state of the hatches, the estimated installation date and expected life span, with an estimate of the remaining life. The report provided an estimate of repair costs and recommendations for capital upgrades or rehabilitation for consideration.
