Members of the Allnorth team were engaged by Seika Architecture Ltd. to prepare construction drawings for a subdivision design within the Evanston Residential Subdivision, which forms part of the Symons Valley Community Plan.
The proposed land is 1.66ha and is located in the developing northwest community of Evanston. The proposed land use designations are an extension of the land use pattern to what has already been predetermined under two previously approved applications and provides the framework for the development of the last remaining development cell in the immediate area. The previously developed areas around the proposed area were built primarily as single detachment dwellings, with the only multi-residential building located at the intersection of Evanspark Boulevard NW and Symons Valley Parkway NW.
Allnorth’s scope of work covered the City of Calgary’s requirements for detailed subdivision engineering design for construction drawings, as well as the infrastructure design for water, sanitary, roads, stormwater management, and coordination for the preparation of a development agreement.
