This pedestrian bridge was fabricated out of galvanized steel using 1 1/8” diameter main cables.

The far side of the bridge was inaccessible, so an initial skyline was rigged to move drilling equipment and anchor rods. A helicopter was used to install the two towers on the far side, then the first bridge cable was pulled across on the skyline.

A catwalk was constructed over the river to complete construction on the far side. Following the installation of the first cable, the remaining cables were pulled across using the first cable. The bridge took approximately ten days to erect.
