Allnorth was hired by Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. (AIMI) to provide survey monitoring and layout services for the Canadian National (CN) Railway Bridge Rehabilitation Project located near Borden, Saskatchewan.
Allnorth’s scope of work included pre-construction survey, continuous/daily displacement, slope, and vibration monitoring during piling. Piles were placed through the existing structure while maintaining continuous rail traffic on the bridge. Allnorth used 3D Scanners and Robotic Total Stations to ensure mm accuracy and that the piles avoided the existing structure.
