The Sage Hill development comprises of approximately 38 hectares of land located in northwest Calgary. The development included multi-unit buildings (condos and apartments) between 4 and 6 storeys in height and some townhouse development. The land use also included some mixed-use buildings with both commercial and residential uses, a bus rapid transit terminal, and a branch of the Calgary Public Library.
Allnorth provided civil engineering services for the Sage Hill Development. The work involved the development of a site servicing plan for Lot 1 and 3, preparation of an erosion and sediment control plan, and a stormwater management report.
