Slug Catcher PSV Installation Study - NAL Resources
Allnorth provided project management plus process and mechanical design services for a flare system review at NAL Resources Nottingham Gas Plant. This flare system review enabled Allnorth to determine the location of the inlet slug catcher’s new pressure safety valve.
Allnorth’s scope of work included reviewing the existing flare piping drawings, determining the capacity of the existing flare system, sizing the slug catcher PSV, and providing a feasible location to tie-in the relief valve outlet piping to the existing flare header.
The project was completed successfully providing a cost effective and feasible solution.
