Sludge Press Upgrade, Northwood Pulp Mill, Canfor Pulp LP

Allnorth provided engineering services to upgrade a sludge dewatering system to reduce operating and maintenance costs and decrease the amount of sludge being carried to the aerated stabilization basins (ASBs). Allnorth installed a new Andritz gravity table and screw press, including a new sludge dewatering building; auxiliary equipment; process and service piping; and all electrical and automation equipment (DCS and PLC). Allnorth also provided project management, equipment procurement, and contractor bid support services.
