  • Jaclyn Van Cadsand

    Jaclyn Van Cadsand

    Project Manager, Terrace

I first got to know Allnorth through my previous job as a project coordinator for a civil construction company. Allnorth stood out to me because of the amount of support I received, regardless of if they were involved in the project or not. They were always happy to take my call to answer questions and made me feel like more than “just a client”. When the time came for a change and an opportunity arose with Allnorth, it was very easy for me to make the move, as I already knew what kind of team I was joining. I have now been with Allnorth for four years and I can easily say the support has never wavered, and again, feel like more than “just an employee”.

The empowering and innovative ethos permeating Allnorth is readily apparent in our daily operations, and I deeply appreciate the substantial support provided within this organization.  One of the standout aspects of my tenure so far at Allnorth has been to work in an environment where seasoned team members with a proactive mindset, skillful competence, and a positive attitude can thrive and excel.  Finally, I want to thank my manager Mr. Ernest Arsenault for giving me this opportunity.

  • Alex Brissard

    Environmental Manager, Chetwynd

Joining the Allnorth Team has been an extremely positive experience both personally and professionally. There is a great group of people here that encourage and support each other which allows a larger company to still have the smaller, personal feel. I look forward to being part of the Team as we grow over time!

  • Donna Smith

    Project Administrator – Saskatoon

I have worked for Allnorth since I was 22 and I’m turning 34 next month.  I have seen people come and go and have seen the company go from high to low, low to high – we always seem to figure it out and come out on top! I have 2 co-workers who I call my best friends! I have left to work for another company for 6 months only to come back to arms wide open.

I consider myself to be Allnorth’s #1 fan and #1 Hype Girl! I love all aspects of the company and have nothing but positive things to say about it. The Saskatoon division has truly been a home away from home. I wake up not at all dreading to come to work because I work with people who make the environment fun and easy! We can be ourselves in this work environment while also knowing when to be professional. Work hard, play harder!

In a short amount of time with Allnorth I felt welcomed into our team. Not long after that, I was participating in conversations about different team-building events and social groups. • Jayelle Bischoff

    Municipal Group Lead – Saskatoon

At Allnorth I’ve truly found a community.
l have felt welcome since I first stepped foot in the Saskatoon office nearly 2 years ago. At this time, I would never have imagined such a large group was capable of cheering one another on day in and day out. I have colleagues who enrich my daily life that I already cannot imagine working without and they are across North America. How cool is that?!
After a particularly difficult day in consulting, I found so much support not only within the Saskatoon office but the other offices I interact with each day. It makes all the difference.
It is all about people and we have great ones in abundance!

  • Craig Smith

    Sr. Director, Continuous Improvement, Kamloops

  • Simarpreet Singh

Being a part of the Allnorth Infrastructure team in my formative years has been crucial for my development as a structural engineer and a bridge designer. • Kelly Derksen

    Business Development Manager, Terrace

I joined Allnorth in October 2022 after 38 years in the aviation services, fuel and supply chain industry. The first six months have been very rewarding, having learned many new work processes that are helpful in my new role as Project Manager. I have a lot to learn but believe my past management experience brings value to Allnorth. My strong background in aviation safety has transitioned nicely over to the work we do here. I believe our safety programs are quite robust and offer a ton of value. I look forward to the next 6 months and hope to grow further in my role for the betterment of Allnorth.

  • Robert Parsons

    Project Coordinator, St. John’s

Allnorth has helped me achieve a better work-life balance. Even though I enjoy my job, work is still work, so the people you spend your days with at the office, or on the job site, can make all the difference. For me, Allnorth seems to have found the sweet spot of hiring awesome people, who are also extremely competent and technical leaders in their fields – powering our tremendous growth, delighting our clients, and having some fun along the way.
