Chief Executive Officer
A professional engineer by training, Darby Kreitz has been Allnorth’s Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 1995. Darby’s vision and strategic planning leadership has seen Allnorth grow from a single office in Prince George, British Columbia to multiple offices across Canada and in the United States. He now leads a rapidly expanding, highly committed team of over 550 people. Darby received the 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Pacific Region in the Business-to-Business category, as well as a Canadian citation for “growth through service excellence”. Darby’s reputation as a visionary leader is recognized in business circles and by government.
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Darryl Bell became Allnorth’s Chief Corporate Development Officer in 2009. A native of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Darryl ventured to Calgary where he studied business at Mount Royal College before starting his 24-year career in industrial management.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Lawson joined Allnorth in September 2016. Jeff has over 30 years of experience as a successful business leader, developing and growing progressive entrepreneurial companies across a diverse range of industry sectors. His experience includes venture capital, commodity sales, project management, business development, and business operations and improvement.
Chief Financial Officer
Alana joined Allnorth in June 2010 in the position of Assistant Controller, transitioning to the position of Controller in May 2012 and Chief Financial Officer in July 2019.
Alana obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in December 2006 having completed the CA School of Business program in July 2006, after having completed the Advanced Certificate of Accounting in March 2002. Prior to Allnorth, Alana worked for nearly 10 years in public practice accounting firms, of which 4 years were at KPMG in Prince George. Her 20 years of experience and her tenure at Allnorth help ensure the continued success of the organization.
Chief Human Resources Officer
April Jones joined Allnorth in May 2019 as our Chief Human Resources Officer. She has over 17 years of combined Human Resources experience within multinational diverse organizations across a variety of sectors, including Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale/Distribution and Transportation. She has a proven track record in executing deliverables at both the corporate and operational levels, assessing and enhancing people programs and service delivery methods domestically and internationally, to complement corporate strategy.
April completed the Human Resources Executive program from the University of Alberta and attended BCIT and the University of the Fraser Valley in Business/Human Resources Management.
Senior Director, Infrastructure
Bryan MacFadden joined the Allnorth leadership team in 2010, and quickly established a highly motivated and competent team of consultants within his home province of Saskatchewan. Bryan is currently our Senior Director of Infrastructure, responsible for growing our client relationships in the sector by continuing to provide custom and cost effective solutions.
Bryan has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, the Project Management Institute, and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.
Senior Director, Construction Services
Kris Kotzer joined Allnorth in 2012 and quickly assisted with the company’s rapid growth. He quickly moved into leadership positions and is currently our Senior Director of Construction Services, responsible for growing our client relationships and operations of our Construction Services teams across our sectors.
Kris graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He brings a track record of building high performing teams and efficient project execution.
