This project involves the construction of a 1.0km long new bridge crossing over the Mackenzie River in the Northwest Territories. Ruskin Construction Ltd was subcontracted to install the foundation elements for the new bridge. Allnorth was contracted to provide construction engineering services for the design of a work bridge, cofferdams, installation procedures, lift plans, quality management plan, on-site surveying and on-site quality control inspections.
