Allnorth Consultants Limited was contracted by Western Biomass/Run of River Power Inc. in March 2008 to perform an capital cost estimate and economic analysis of a biomass power generation plant. A parametric model, subsequently independently audited, was developed by Allnorth for scenario analysis. Economic benefits were forecast over a 24-year construction and operating life of the facility. Additionally, proforma financial statements and enterprise value of the venture were generated based on the scenario inputs.
