Ashlu Creek Hydroelectric Project

Allnorth Consultants has been heavily involved with the construction of the 49MW Ashlu Creek Hydroelectric Project near Squamish, BC. The scope of work at Ashlu included over all Quality Control of the project, specifically to ensure the erected structures conform to the engineer’s design and to verify that assembly and installation documentation meets reqirements and specifications. Additionally, Allnorth inspected the intake and sluice gates, performed concrete inspections, tracked actual excavation volumes and compared them to predicted contract volumes. All onsite design and re-evaluation of the Penstock alignment and access roads were also within the scope of work for this project.
