TMP Pulp Expert - Catalyst Paper

Catalyst Paper (Elk Falls Division) required the design and installation of a new automated TMP pulp testing system to replace the existing manual testing system. A new sampling equipment room complete with H&V services was required to house the new Metso PulpExpert Automated Pulp Sampling System. Ten automated sampler stations were installed throughout the TMP plant each complete with process connections for ‘push’ water and instrument air with all sampler stations connected to a common pulp sample header delivering the samples to the PulpExpert.
