Highway 16 Asphalt Resurfacing

This project involved 14 km of Hwy No.16, various side roads and intersections that were widened and resurfaced with asphalt between Smithers and Telkwa. Additionally, Hankin Ave. intersection within the town of Telkwa was upgraded to include a pedestrian underpass. The vertical curvature was also reduced to help traffic flow. Allnorth was responsible for developing and managing the Quality Control and Management Plan.
