The scope of work for the Project consisted of preparing and submitting numerous applications for regulatory approval in relation to the construction of the proposed Mt. Milligan open-pit gold-copper mine located 155 km north of Prince George. These varied from simple applications to multi level permits involving extensive collaboration prior to submission. Allnorth also prepared and submitted applications for exploration permitting.
Preparation and submission of permit applications for construction and development included British Columbia Mines Act Permit, waste management permits, water license, and all cutting permits for road, mine site and powerline.
The project aslo included road survey, layout and design for 30 km haul road, survey & layout for 92 km powerline to support permit applications, and preparation of logging plans for mine site & powerline to support permit applications.
