Allnorth Consultants Limited is pleased to announce that effective August 24, 2011 we have acquired 100% of Axxent Engineering Ltd. Axxent was founded in 2006, and since that time have provided extensive services to the mining and forestry sectors. Axxent brings a highly motivated, experienced group of in excess of 40 professionals to the Allnorth team and are currently working on major mining projects in British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia and Mexico.
Together we provide a wider range of services for our clients with a fully integrated engineering and technical services team. Collectively we will provide new and challenging opportunities for our combined team.
